Jalisco Sour

Tequila makes more than just great margaritas! If you love a good sour, try this Jalisco Sour. It’s made with Tequila & Pisco.

I used Caravedo Acholado Pisco and Lobos 1707 Tequila Joven. Joven tequila is made by blending unaged tequila with a small amount of aged tequila. I like the flavor from the aged tequila so I decided to use it here, but you also use blanco.

Ingredients:

  • 1 oz Tequila Blanco or Joven

  • 1 oz Pisco

  • 3/4 oz lime juice

  • 3/4 oz simple syrup

  • 1 egg white

Directions:

  • Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker filled with ice

  • Shake and strain into a martini glass

Cheers and enjoy!
