Grapefruit Gimlet

This riff on a classic gimlet is made with tequila and grapefruit juice. Grapefruit and tequila work so well together and are even better when paired with the aroma of fresh rosemary.

Ingredients:

• 1 1/2 oz Tequila

• 1 oz grapefruit juice

• 1/2 oz lime juice

• 1/2 oz simple syrup

• Rosemary sprig for garnish

Directions:

• Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker

• Fill shaker with ice and shake

• Strain into a martini glass

• Garnish a sprig of rosemary
