Espresso Martini

This classic cocktail, invented by British bartender Dick Bradsell at Fred’s Club in London, is made with Vodka, Kahlua, and chilled espresso.

Apparently, a model came in asking for a drink that would “wake me up and f**k me up” at the same time. I’m not going for the latter so I’m sticking to just one of these haha. 

Makes 1 serving

Ingredients:

- 2 oz Vodka

- 1/2 oz Kahlúa coffee liqueur

- 1 oz chilled espresso

- 1/2 oz simple syrup

- Coffee beans for garnish

Directions:

1. Add all ingredients into a cocktail shaker

2. Fill with ice and shake until well chilled

3. Strain out ice and briefly shake again to maintain the foam (I added this step to avoid losing foam when straining with ice)

4. Pour into a martini glass

5. Garnish with coffee beans
