Chai White Russian

This one is a remix of The Social Sipper’s Dirty Chai White Russian.

I didn’t have any Chai tea bags at home, so I made my own Chai coffee instead by brewing a blend of ground espresso roast coffee, cinnamon, cloves, ginger, and cardamom. I then added the maple syrup directly to fresh brewed coffee.

Y’all, it’s so good and I’ll be drinking my Chai coffee blend every day from now on haha.

Makes 1 serving

Ingredients:

- 2 oz Vodka

- 2 oz Irish cream liqueur

- 3 oz Chai Maple coffee (recipe below)

- Cinnamon stick and pumpkin spice for garnish

Directions:

1. Combine all ingredients into a cocktail shaker

2. Add ice and shake

3. Strain into a glass over fresh ice

4. Garnish with a cinnamon stick and pumpkin spice
