Berry Rosé Ice Pop Cocktail

Champs Rosé Ice Pops_more pink.jpg

Don’t let summer end before having one of these! I’ve been seeing these boozy ice pop cocktails everywhere, so I just had to try making one at home.

For this Berry Rosé Ice Pop cocktail, I paired Champs de Provence Brut Sparkling Rosé and Boozy Berry Ice Pops made with vodka, lemonade, OJ, fresh raspberries and strawberries.

The ice pops complement the strawberry and raspberry notes in the wine, while the rosé makes this drink crisp and refreshing.

(recipe created for Champs de Provence)

Makes 1 serving

Ingredients:

For the Cocktail (1 serving):

  • 5 oz Champs de Provence Brut Sparkling Rosé

  • 1 x Boozy Berry Ice Pop

For the Ice Pops (makes 8 ice pops):

  • 5 oz Vodka

  • 1.5 cups lemonade

  • 1/2 cup orange juice

  • 1 tbsp sugar

  • 1/4 cup raspberries + some to add to the ice pops

  • 1/4 cup strawberries + some to add to the ice pops

Directions:

1. Muddle berries in a pitcher, then add the remaining ingredients. Stir well.

2) Fill an ice pop mold half way, add a few fresh berries, then fill mold to the top.

3) Freeze for at least 10 hrs.

4) Once frozen, add 1 ice pop to a wine glass with 5 oz of Champs de Provence Brut Sparkling Rosé.

Cheers and enjoy!
