Ruby In The Sun
This delicious, spring time cocktail is made with Pisco, ruby red grapefruit juice, lemon juice, simple syrup, and basil.
Ingredients:
1 1/2 oz Caravedo Acholado Pisco
3/4 oz Ruby Red Grapefruit juice
1/2 oz simple syrup
1/4 oz lemon juice
Basil leaves (1 large or 2 small leaves)
Grapefruit slice or fresh basil for garnish
Directions:
Add basil leaves to a cocktail shaker and muddle gently
Add remaining ingredients to the shaker
Fill with ice and shake
Strain into a chilled coupe glass
Garnish with a grapefruit slice or fresh basil leaves
