Old Pal

The Old Pal is similar to a Negroni but made with equal parts Rye Whiskey, Campari, and Dry Vermouth. It’s part of the Campari Family Tree and one of many cocktails that stemmed from the classic Negroni.

Ingredients:

• 1 oz Campari

• 1 oz Vermouth

• 1 oz Rye Whiskey

Directions:

• Add all ingredients to a rocks glass filled with ice

• Stir for 15 seconds

• Garnish with a lemon peel
