Cranberry Spice Gimlet
This fall/winter/holiday inspired Gimlet is made with gin, cranberry juice, and orange cinnamon simple syrup. I opted to use Hendrick’s Gin here since it’s more citrus-forward and floral. It works well with the cranberry juice and the orange cinnamon flavors from the syrup.
It’s a new fave for me and a great one to save for the holidays.

*Orange Cinnamon Syrup - Add 1.5 cups sugar to 1.5 cups of water. Heat and stir to dissolve the sugar, then add 3 cinnamon sticks and the peel of one orange. Let sit for 15-20 mins. Strain into a container and store in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
