Sauvignon Blanc Punch

I found this refreshing recipe on Liquor.com and just had to share it. It was developed by famed mixologist Alex Day from Death & Co and is made with Sauvignon Blanc, Aperol, and grapefruit juice.

It’s light and refreshing thanks to the wine and grapefruit juice and bittersweet thanks to the Aperol. 

This recipe’s perfect for that late summer picnic or house party.

Makes 1 serving

Ingredients:

- 3 oz Sauvignon Blanc

- 1/2 oz Aperol

- 1/2 oz grapefruit juice, freshly squeezed

- 1/2 oz lemon juice, freshly squeezed

- 1/4 oz simple syrup

- Club soda, chilled, to top

Directions:

1) Add all ingredients except the club soda into a shaker.

2) Fill with ice and shake until well-chilled.

3) Strain into a highball glass filled with ice.

4) Top with the club soda and stir briefly to combine.
