Ruby In The Sun

This delicious, spring time cocktail is made with Pisco, ruby red grapefruit juice, lemon juice, simple syrup, and basil.

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 oz Caravedo Acholado Pisco

  • 3/4 oz Ruby Red Grapefruit juice

  • 1/2 oz simple syrup

  • 1/4 oz lemon juice

  • Basil leaves (1 large or 2 small leaves)

  • Grapefruit slice or fresh basil for garnish

Directions:

  • Add basil leaves to a cocktail shaker and muddle gently

  • Add remaining ingredients to the shaker

  • Fill with ice and shake

  • Strain into a chilled coupe glass

  • Garnish with a grapefruit slice or fresh basil leaves
