Ricura Piña Colada

(Recipe created for Ricura Horchata Cream Liqueur)

This spin on the classic frozen Pina colada uses Ricura Horchata Cream Liqueur. The sweetness and spice from Ricura pairs well with coconut, making it perfect to Piña coladas.

Ingredients:

  • 2.5 oz Ricura Horchata Cream Liqueur

  • 1.5 oz Coconut Rum

  • 2 oz coconut milk

  • 1.5 oz coconut cream

  • 1/4 cup frozen pineapple

  • 1 tbsp of lime juice

  • 1 cup ice

  • 1/2 oz dark rum to top (optional)

  • Pineapple slice and cherry for garnish

Directions:

1) Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth

2) Place in freezer for 30 mins to thicken

3) Blend again until smooth

4) Pour into a glass and top off with dark rum

5) Garnish with a pineapple slice and cherry
