Peach Amaretto Sour

I found the base recipe for this Peach Amaretto Sour in famed cocktail book, Cocktail Codex, but I decided to tweak it a bit. I added Peach Liqueur, an egg white, and served it up in a coupe glass vs. over ice in a rocks glass.

The result is fruity, perfectly sweet and sour, and has a nice texture thanks to the egg white.

Makes 1 serving

Ingredients:

- 1 oz @disaronno_official Amaretto

- 1 oz Peach Liqueur

- 1 oz lemon juice

- 1/4 oz simple syrup

- 1 egg white

- 2 dashes of Angostura bitters 

- Dehydrated orange for garnish

Directions:

1. Dry shake (without ice) all ingredients in a cocktail shaker

2. Add ice and shake again to chill

3. Strain into a coupe glass

4. Garnish with dehydrated orange
