Looking for some summertime vibes? Then try this riff on a classic daiquiri!

Makes 2 servings

Ingredients:

- 2 oz of Ten to One Caribbean White Rum

- 2 oz of coconut water

- 2 oz of mango juice

- 3/4 oz of lime juice

- 1/2 oz of simple syrup

- Mint or basil leaves (optional)

- Lime wheel or slice for garnish

Directions:

1) Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker (if using mint or basil, add here and muddle gently)

2) Fill with ice and shake

3) Strain into a martini glass

4) Garnish with a lime wheel or slice
