Lemon and Rosé go so well together! If you’ve never had Il Tramonto Limoncello, it’s a lemon liqueur from Italy. It’s usually served chilled as a digestivo, but tastes great in cocktails too thanks to its bright lemon flavor and sweetness. That why it's perfect in a frosé!

Ingredients:

  • 250 ml Rosé wine (1/3 bottle)

  • 2 1/2 oz Il Tramonto Limoncello

  • 1 1/2 Hibiscus simple syrup*

  • 1 1/4 oz freshly squeezed lemon juice

  • 1/2 cup frozen strawberries

  • 3 cups of ice

  • Lemon wheel or strawberry for garnish

Directions:

1) Add all ingredients to a blender. Blend until smooth

2) Pour into a wine or cocktail glass

3) Garnish with a lemon wheel or strawberry

* Hibiscus simple syrup: Add 1 cup water, 1 cup sugar, and 1/2 cup of hibiscus flowers to a pot. Steep on low heat and stir until sugar is dissolved. Let syrup cool before use
