This Berry Spritz is perfect for when you’re in the mood for some bubbles!

It’s made with Le Grand Noir’s Pinot Noir, raspberry liqueur, fresh lemon, and club soda. 

Le Grand’s Pinot Noir has notes of juicy raspberry and cherry, so its pairs nicely with the raspberry liqueur and fresh lemon. On its own, you also get notes of strawberry, oak, and a bit of pepper. It’s a great wine to have on hand for the holidays.

Makes 1 serving

Ingredients:

- 4 oz Le Grand Noir Pinot Noir

- 1.5 oz Raspberry Liqueur

- .25 oz lemon juice

- 2-3 oz club soda

- Raspberries and blackberries for garnish

Directions:

1. Add all ingredients, except club soda, to a wine glass filled with ice.

2. Stir to chill and combine.

3. Top with club soda.

4. Stir again gently and garnish with fresh berries.
