Jameson Ginger Sparkler

This one’s great for whiskey and non-whiskey drinkers alike! It’s light and refreshing and made with Jameson Irish whiskey, ginger beer, lemon juice, simply syrup, and sparkling wine.

Ingredients:

• 1.5 oz Jameson Black Barrel (I used the original Jameson)

• 1/2 oz Lemon juice

• 1/2 oz simple syrup

• 1.5 oz Ginger Beer

• 1.5 oz Sparkling Wine

Directions:

• Build all ingredients except for sparkling wine in a shaker

• Add ice, then gently shake

• Strain as you pour into a highball glass

• Top with sparkling wine

• Garnish with a lemon wheel and a rosemary sprig.
