Irish Beekeeper

I’ll take my tea with a splash of milk whiskey, please and thank you.

This drink, I’m calling the Irish Beekeeper, is made with The Whistler Irish Honey Whiskey, sweet iced tea, lemon, honey, and fresh peaches.

Makes 1 serving

Ingredients:

- 2 oz The Whistler Irish Honey Whiskey

- 3/4 oz sweet iced black tea

- 1/4 oz honey simple syrup (1:1 honey/hot water)

- 1/4 oz lemon juice

- 1/2 peach, cut into small cubes

- Lemon slice for garnish

Directions:

1. Muddle peach cubes in a cocktail shaker

2. Add remaining ingredients

3. Fill with ice and shake for 10 seconds

4. Double strain into a glass with fresh ice

5. Garnish with a lemon slice
