Chocolate Whiskey Martini

I AM IN LOVE...with this martini that is! I created this one for the Valentine’s Day edition of Thirsty Thursday. It’s made with Kings County Distillery’s chocolate infused whiskey (made with ground cacao bean husks from Raaka Chocolate in Red Hook Brooklyn) and Bailey’s Irish cream.

Enjoy with a side of fresh raspberries, just take one and chew before each sip. The flavor combination is a match made in heaven!

Ingredients:

- 2 oz of chocolate infused whiskey 

- 2 oz of Bailey’s Irish Cream

- Shaved chocolate (for garnish - optional)

- Raspberries (for pairing - optional)

Directions:

Combine in a shaker over ice. Shake vigorously for 10 secs. Strain into a martini glass. Garnish with shaved chocolate and enjoy with some fresh raspberries.
