Booze-Free Blackberry Sage Bramble

This is the booze-free version of one of my most popular drinks, the Blackberry Sage Bramble. 

It’s made with Spiritless Kentucky 74 non-alcoholic bourbon, blackberries, sage, sugar, and lemon.  

If you’ve never heard of Spiritless, they’re a female founded company that produces distilled non-alcoholic spirits. Their non-alcoholic bourbon, Kentucky 74, is delicious and has notes of oak, smoke, vanilla, and caramel.

You can sub it out for bourbon to make a booze free drink or mix it with bourbon for half the alcohol (and calories…I like that idea 👏🏾👏🏾)

Makes 1 serving

Ingredients:

- 2 oz of Spiritless Kentucky 74 Non-Alcoholic Bourbon

- 1/2 oz of simple syrup

- 1/4 oz of lemon juice

- 1.5 oz of ginger beer

- 4 blackberries + a few for the garnish

- 1-2 sage leaves

Directions:

1) Gently muddle blackberries and sage in a cocktail shaker

2) Add remaining ingredients

3) Fill with ice and shake

4) Strain into a glass with fresh ice

5) Top off with ginger beer

6) Garnish with a fresh blackberries
