Birthday Cake Martini

My love for cake has spilled over into this Birthday Cake Martini!

It’s made with birthday cake vodka, white chocolate liqueur, amaretto, and half & half.

Plus I used some leftover Milk Bar birthday cake as a topping (no cake goes to waste in my house!)

Ingredients:

• 1 1/4 oz birthday cake vodka (vanilla vodka also works)

• 1/2 oz white chocolate liqueur

• 1/2 oz amaretto

• 1/2 oz half & half

• Rainbow sprinkles & Honey (to coat the rim)

• Whipped cream

• Cake pieces (optional)

Directions:

To Add Sprinkles to the Rim:

• Pour sprinkles out on to a plate

• Coat the rim of a martini glass with honey

• Dip the rim of the glass into sprinkles

For the Martini:

• Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker

• Add ice and shake

• Strain into your sprinkle rimmed glass

• Top with whipped cream

• Top with cake pieces or additional sprinkles (optional)
